Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and team-oriented CDL-A Driver to join a growing operation in Sapulpa, OK. The CDL-A Driver will take on a hybrid role that includes 30% driving and 70% warehouse and forklift work. This position requires a flexible, safety-conscious individual who is ready to do more than just drive — someone who values teamwork, productivity, and getting the job done safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL vehicles for local and regional deliveries (approximately 30% of time).
• Assist in warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, staging, and organizing materials.
• Operate a forklift to move, secure, and organize freight (certification preferred or willing to train).
• Secure loads properly in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Follow all safety and compliance guidelines, ensuring full adherence to DOT requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on environment, performing a variety of tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in a warehouse setting.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred (training available).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
