Job Description:

A reputable cabinet shop is looking for a skilled and experienced Cabinet Builder to join their team! The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a cabinet shop, possess a strong work ethic, and be capable of handling the physical demands of the role. Responsibilities include constructing and assembling custom cabinets and cabinetry components based on detailed specifications, utilizing various woodworking tools and machinery safely and effectively, and interpreting and following blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings. The role requires performing precise measurements and cuts to ensure high-quality finishes, handling heavy materials and components which necessitate physical strength and stamina, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining production standards. Additionally, the candidate will conduct quality checks to ensure all cabinets meet company standards before final delivery, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cabinet shop or related woodworking field.
• Dependable transportation.
• Proficiency in operating woodworking tools and machinery.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Availability for overtime as required to meet production demands.
