What You'll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with businesses across industries such as Manufacturing, Construction, Logistics, and more.
  • Prospecting & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a systematic approach designed to drive results and sales growth.
  • Contract Negotiation: Present and negotiate service agreements with clients, ensuring seamless onboarding for both candidates and recruiters.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, identifying new opportunities to expand our market presence and service offerings.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or a related B2B service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build lasting client relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Negotiation & Sales Expertise: Proven skills in closing deals, achieving sales targets, and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with a focus on meeting client needs.
  • Organization: Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple accounts and leads effectively.
