Job Title: Burn Table Operator
Pay: $18+/hour (plus $1 shift differential)
Hours: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Sapulpa, Oklahoma

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Burn Table Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Sapulpa. This position requires experience in fabrication and a strong understanding of safety procedures. Candidates must be comfortable working around cranes, forklifts, power tools, and automated equipment. This is classified as a Safety-Sensitive position.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate burn table machinery.
• Identify, drill, and cut material according to provided cutting lists and work instructions.
• Maintain productivity levels that meet or exceed established company standards.
• Ensure workmanship meets internal quality benchmarks.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Sustain 5S requirements to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Requirements

• Basic fabrication shop experience.
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and various power tools.
• Ability to read and write basic shop communications.
• Proficiency with shop tape measures and basic measuring tools.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings, cutting lists, and bills of materials.
• Willingness and ability to learn new skills.
• Must exhibit professionalism and teamwork to support timely and high-quality project completion.
