Building Maintenance

·         Location: Tulsa, OK

·         Pay: $17–$18 per hour

·         Shift: Day Shift – Starting at 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday (Part-time to Full-time)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves general maintenance duties, including electrical work, light plumbing, cleaning, and event setup support. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and maintaining a clean, safe, and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Perform general building maintenance tasks.

·         Complete light electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.

·         Assist with cleaning and event setup.

Required Experience & Skills

·         Previous building maintenance experience is required.

·         Proficient in basic electrical and plumbing tasks.

·         Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

·         Must have a consistent job history.

·         Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements

·         Must be able to stand for extended periods.

·         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
