Pay: $17–$20/hour + 11.5% shift differential

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Brake Press Operator to join a leading manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. The Brake Press Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating press brake machinery to produce precise metal components. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a safety-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery according to blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure precision.
• Use calipers, angle finders, and height gauges to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of prior experience as a Press Brake Operator in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read calipers, angle finders, and use height gauges accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical understanding.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and best practices.

Physical Demands & Safety Designation

This is a safety-sensitive position requiring regular handling of equipment and materials. Tasks involve:
• Standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout the shift.
• Lifting and moving parts weighing up to 50 lbs. (lifting devices available).
• Operating machinery, tools, and power equipment in confined areas as needed.
• Adhering to all safety and quality policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
