Position Overview

We are hiring a skilled Brake Press Operator to join a Tulsa-based fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating press brake machines to shape a variety of metal components while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards. The Brake Press Operator will play a critical role in ensuring parts meet customer specifications and production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts
• Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
• Set up machines and adjust settings for specific jobs
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Brake Press Operator or in a related fabrication role
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
