Pay: $18-$21/hour (DOE/Ability)
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Overtime on Fridays as needed)

Job Brief

We are seeking experienced Brake Press Operators to join a reputable steel company in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a press brake machine to bend and shape sheet metal according to design specifications. Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation:

  • Set up and program a computer-controlled press brake to meet job specifications.
  • Ensure proper alignment and positioning of metal within the machine.
  • Monitor the pressing process to maintain accuracy and precision.

• Quality Control:

  • Study blueprints and specification sheets to understand technical requirements.
  • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the pressing process.

• Maintenance & Safety:

  • Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machine.
  • Follow all health and safety standards in the manufacturing environment.
  • Grind metal parts as part of daily duties.

Skills Required

• Experience operating a press brake machine in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues.
• Familiarity with grinding techniques and metalworking tools.
