Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Bilingual Hotel Housekeeper to join a busy hospitality team in Oklahoma City. The Bilingual Hotel Housekeeper will ensure that public areas remain spotless, organized, and welcoming for guests and staff alike. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on providing a clean, safe, and positive guest experience in all shared hotel spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.

  • Refill soap, paper towels, and restroom essentials regularly.

  • Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.

  • Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.

  • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.

  • Follow a set cleaning schedule to ensure all daily tasks are completed.

  • Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Comply with all company and OSHA safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, not required.

  • Language: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to communicate effectively with staff and management.

  • Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

  • Dependability: Consistent attendance and willingness to work weekends.

  • Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • Team Player: Works well independently or with others in a fast-paced setting.
