Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is seeking a dependable Bilingual Hotel Housekeeper to join a busy hospitality team in Oklahoma City. The Bilingual Hotel Housekeeper will ensure that public areas remain spotless, organized, and welcoming for guests and staff alike. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on providing a clean, safe, and positive guest experience in all shared hotel spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
Refill soap, paper towels, and restroom essentials regularly.
Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and polish fixtures.
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.
Follow a set cleaning schedule to ensure all daily tasks are completed.
Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner.
Comply with all company and OSHA safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, not required.
Language: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) to communicate effectively with staff and management.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 25 lbs, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
Dependability: Consistent attendance and willingness to work weekends.
Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Team Player: Works well independently or with others in a fast-paced setting.
