Required Experience & Skills

• Strong woodworking knowledge (table saw, router, drill, sanders, etc.)
• Experience in cabinet making, fixture building, sign making, or woodworking manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
• Must provide basic personal hand tools
• Ability to multitask in a high-output production environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Professional demeanor and ability to perform under pressure
• Understanding of woodworking, finishing, and coating processes
