Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Fridays as needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling new products, reviewing work orders, and collaborating with manufacturing to ensure parts and assemblies meet company standards. Key Responsibilities
• Assemble, repair, and test parts and products using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accuracy.
• Rivet and wire electrical components according to product specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production goals and quality requirements.
• Document test procedures, data, and results for quality tracking.
• Assist with repairs and improvements to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain steady workflow and meet project timelines.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and riveting.
• Must be proficient with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
• This is a safety-sensitive position, requiring focus and awareness while operating tools, handling materials, and working near machinery.
• Regularly involves standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift, pull, push, and move up to 50 lbs safely (team lifts encouraged when needed).
• Work performed in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise and potential exposure to mechanical or electrical equipment.
