Job Title: Assembly Technician

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.50/hour (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join a growing team of Assembly Technicians in Tulsa. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are goal-driven, eager to grow with a company, and work well in a team-oriented environment. Technicians will review work orders, acquire necessary parts, and collaborate with manufacturing teams. Basic knowledge of testing procedures and techniques is preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble or repair components and products using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, schematics, and written/verbal instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Meet all company and industry safety standards
• Identify and resolve problems using logical reasoning
• Assist with product improvement through repair and maintenance support
• Document testing procedures, data, observations, and results
• Perform electrical wiring and rivet components together

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Proven experience with electrical wiring and riveting
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions
• Knowledge of mechanical assemblies and production standards
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods
• Must meet quality and production expectations

Physical Demands & Work Environment

This is a safety-sensitive position involving tasks that may affect the safety and health of the employee or others. This includes:
• Handling, packaging, storing, and transporting hazardous materials
• Operating vehicles, machinery, equipment, and power tools
• Repairing, maintaining, and monitoring production equipment and systems
• Oversight of critical infrastructure such as utilities or power generation
• Manufacturing or handling flammable, combustible, or regulated materials

Approximately 95% of each shift involves standing, bending, squatting, and climbing while assembling, inspecting, or monitoring machinery and processes.
