Assembly Technician
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour DOE (includes 11.5% shift premium on all hours worked)
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Assembly Technicians to join a growing team in Tulsa. Ideal candidates are team players who are goal-oriented, eager to grow within the company, and capable of producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Assemblers will interpret work orders, gather required parts, and coordinate with production as necessary. This role also involves acquiring foundational knowledge of testing procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assemble or repair components using hand and power tools

·         Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area

·         Follow all company and industry safety guidelines

·         Identify and resolve basic assembly issues independently

·         Assist in maintenance and repair efforts to improve product reliability

·         Perform and document test procedures, observations, and outcomes

·         Conduct electrical wiring and component riveting as needed

Requirements:

·         High school diploma or GED required

·         Prior experience with mechanical assemblies, hand and power tools

·         Proficiency in electrical wiring and riveting

·         Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

·         Capable of meeting production quotas and maintaining quality standards

·         Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

·         Willingness to stand or sit for extended periods

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This is a safety-sensitive position, requiring awareness and adherence to physical and environmental safety practices, including:

·         Frequent lifting, bending, squatting, climbing, and extended periods of standing

·         Handling, processing, or transporting hazardous materials

·         Operating heavy equipment, vehicles, or power tools

·         Monitoring or maintaining critical infrastructure or manufacturing systems

·         Working near potentially flammable or volatile substances
