Location: Tulsa, OK 74115 Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.50/hour DOE (Includes an 11.5% shift premium on all hours worked) Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join a growing team in Tulsa. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, capable of following technical instructions, and eager to contribute to production goals. Assemblers will review work orders, acquire necessary parts for assembly, and coordinate with manufacturing as required while developing a basic understanding of test procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and repair parts and products.
Interpret technical documents, including schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to all company safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.
Assist with repair and maintenance efforts to improve product quality and efficiency.
Document test procedures, observations, and results.
Perform electrical wiring tasks and rivet components together as required.
Job Requirements:
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Proven experience in mechanical assemblies and electrical wiring.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.

This position is classified as safety-sensitive due to the nature of the work, which includes:
Handling, packaging, processing, storage, disposal, or transport of hazardous materials.
Operating motor vehicles, equipment, or machinery.
Repairing, maintaining, or monitoring critical machinery.
Working with volatile or flammable materials.
The role requires standing, bending, squatting, and climbing throughout 95% of a normal work shift.
