Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed, including some Saturdays)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in Sapulpa, OK. This position involves assembling components of vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, and other products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in heat exchanger assembly, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assemble components according to blueprints and technical drawings to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

·         Inspect assembled parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet company requirements.

·         Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.

·         Ensure high-quality finishes that meet required standards.

·         Collaborate with a team to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.

·         Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

·         Maintain equipment in good condition and report any issues.

Requirements

·         Safety-sensitive role requiring strict adherence to safety protocols.

·         Stable job history (no job hopping).

·         Minimum of two years of experience in heat exchanger assembly.

·         Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs consistently.

·         Proficiency with hand and power tools.

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
