Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday-Thursday), 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Friday & Saturday)
Hours: 56 Hours Per Week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to disassemble and assemble various components, parts, or sub-assemblies throughout the manufacturing process. This position requires attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and proficiency with various tools and machinery to maintain the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Interpret and follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and bills of materials (BOM).
· Accurately measure parts using tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
· Operate and troubleshoot test equipment, including TTR, Megger, and Resistance Bridge.
· Safely operate transformer ovens, vacuum pumps, and related equipment to ensure optimal dielectric properties of insulating fluids.
· Execute mechanical processes such as brazing, cold welding, and crimping.
· Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including cranes and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
· Adhere to production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
· Maintain regular attendance and demonstrate a positive work attitude.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Minimum of two years of related experience or training in assembly or manufacturing.
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination.
· Successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
· Basic computer skills.
Physical Demands:
· Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
· Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the workday.
· Vision abilities required include peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
· Exposure to wet and humid conditions, fumes, and airborne particles.
· Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and elevated workspaces.
· Moderate noise levels in the work environment.
