Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Component Assembler to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. The Component Assembler will be responsible for trimming, aligning, and assembling component parts using a variety of hand and machine tools while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and precision in a production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts using hand and machine tools according to specifications.
• Trim, align, and secure components to ensure proper fit and function.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Perform all duties in a Safety-Sensitive environment, following company safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and resolve assembly challenges.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.

Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Reading comprehension and basic math skills required.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using hand tools, bench equipment, and measuring devices.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of assembly paperwork and documentation.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and repetitive motion involving hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and neck.
• Lift up to 20 lbs from floor to waist and while reaching.
• Moderate physical effort with focus on precision assembly tasks.
• Close visual inspection and manual dexterity required.
• Ability to work safely in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with some noise and exposure to fumes or chemicals.
