Position Overview

The Assembly technician supports the production of specialized paneling used in hospital rooms and emergency room environments. This Assembly role involves assisting with panel construction by preparing materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining organized workflow within a manufacturing setting. The ideal Assembly candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working around industrial equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience using basic power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with building production panels by preparing and handling clean particle board
• Operate a glue machine to coat particle board and apply 26-gauge metal sheeting to both sides
• Move completed panel stacks into the press machine and operate the press during production cycles
• Rotate finished panel stacks and maintain consistent production flow
• Clean and prepare finished panels before placing them in designated holding areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures when operating around heavy machinery

Preferred Experience

• Previous assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
