Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined candidates for an Assembly position in Tulsa. The Assembly role supports the production of specialized paneling used in hospital and emergency room construction.

This Assembly position is project-based and expected to last several months, depending on production needs. Candidates will work alongside a full-time employee to manufacture thousands of panels required for the project.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The Assembly role includes:

• Run clean particle board through a glue machine
• Apply 26-gauge metal sheeting to both sides of panels
• Stack and load finished panels into a press system
• Operate air-pressure presses to bond materials
• Rotate stacks efficiently to maintain production flow
• Clean finished panels and stage them for use
• Work safely around heavy machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Safety Requirements

This Assembly position involves working near heavy machinery and requires strict adherence to safety procedures:

• Glue machine rollers present crush and de-gloving risks
• Press systems present crush risks
• Hydraulic lifts present pinch, crush, and amputation risks
• Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure accurately
• Must know how to use power tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Strong work ethic and safety awareness
