Position Overview

The Assembly position supports manufacturing operations by building metal components and products according to technical drawings and production specifications. This Assembly role involves using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure parts meet quality and accuracy standards.

The ideal Assembly candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strong safety and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency using hand tools, drills, grinders, and other shop equipment
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble metal components and finished products according to specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete precise assembly tasks
• Inspect parts and finished products to verify quality and dimensional accuracy
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing policies

Preferred Experience

• Experience using calipers and micrometers preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
