Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented assembler to join a manufacturing team specializing in industrial cooling systems. This Assembly role involves installing fin tubes and headers into frames, rolling tubes, plugging headers, and preparing assemblies for hydrostatic testing. The Assembly position requires hands-on manufacturing experience, pride in quality work, and comfort working with hand tools in a production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Tube rolling experience preferred
• Assembly experience preferred
• Proficient with hand tools
• Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Key Responsibilities

The Assembly role includes the following duties:

• Install fin tubes and headers into frames
• Roll tubes on both front and back headers
• Verify correct tube and nozzle projections
• Install plugs and bolt tube supports
• Square and align frames to specifications
• Prepare completed assemblies for hydro testing
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
