Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM; Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable Final Assembler to join our team in Catoosa. In this role, you will play a key part in assembling industrial coolers to ensure they are fully operational and meet all customer specifications. This is a hands-on position requiring mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform hand assembly of cooler components

·         Use various hand and power tools to assemble parts and complete final units

·         Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and work orders

·         Test and disassemble units for shipment as needed

·         Operate cranes and manlifts safely

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

·         Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE

·         Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Required Experience & Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent preferred

·         Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing assembly role

·         Strong mechanical aptitude

·         Self-motivated and detail-oriented

·         Team player with good communication skills

·         Comfortable working in tight or enclosed spaces

·         Ability to work at heights (6 feet or higher)

·         Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed

·         Excellent hand-eye coordination

·         Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods

·         Ability to identify defective products and take appropriate action

·         Ability to follow JSAs and work instructions
