Assembler Specialist
Pay: $24+ per hour DOE + $2 Shift Differential
Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 p.m. – 3:30 a.m. (some Saturdays as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assembler Specialist to join a Catoosa-based manufacturing team. The Assembler Specialist works alongside a team to complete final assemblies of coolers, ensuring they are customer-ready. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hand assembly of cooler components.
• Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and schematics to plan tasks.
• Test and disassemble assemblies prior to shipment.
• Operate manlifts and cranes safely.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and follow all safety procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in assembly within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in tight/enclosed spaces and at heights of 6 feet or more.
• Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must follow all PPE requirements, JSAs, and work instructions.
