Position Overview

Stand-By Personnel is currently hiring a dedicated Assembler/Helper for a steel manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role that supports assembly operations and general shop duties.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in the assembly of steel parts and materials

·         Load and unload steel pipes, screws, and other components onto carts for production use

·         Perform general labor duties including shop cleanup and basic maintenance

·         Support team lifting efforts (up to 75 lbs) as needed

Requirements

·         Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to daily attendance

·         Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs with team assistance

·         No smoking or vaping permitted on-site

·         Must pass a 5-panel drug screen

·         Clean Oklahoma background required — no violent or theft-related charges
