Assembler – Heat Exchangers
Pay: $22 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (occasional weekends as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Assembler – Heat Exchangers to join a Tulsa-based team for 1st shift operations. This role focuses on lacing and assembling tubes within heat exchanger bundles as part of the larger production process. The Assembler – Heat Exchangers will be responsible for ensuring precision, teamwork, and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately lace and align tubes in heat exchanger bundles according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks to verify correct tube placement and spacing.
• Use hand and shop tools to support assembly work.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Assist in assembling structural components of heat exchangers.
• Follow the production schedule and complete assigned tasks on time.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior mechanical or industrial assembly experience preferred.
• Experience with tube lacing or tube bundle environments is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Fast-paced industrial setting, not climate-controlled.
• Exposure to loud noise, dust, and metal particles.
• PPE required: hearing protection, safety glasses, steel-toed boots.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and overhead work.
• Good vision and hand-eye coordination required for detailed tasks.
