Assembler – Heat Exchangers
Pay: $20–$28/hr
Location: Tulsa, OK
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (occasional weekends as needed)

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Assemblers – Heat Exchangers in Tulsa, OK. This role is an exciting opportunity to work for a global leader in high-performance air-cooled heat exchangers, serving the power generation, oil & gas, and industrial markets for over six decades. As an Assembler – Heat Exchangers, you will focus primarily on tube lacing and support the broader assembly process to ensure all units meet precise quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities for Assemblers – Heat Exchangers:

• Accurately lace and align tubes within heat exchanger bundles to meet exact specifications.
• Use hand and shop tools to support tube lacing and structural assembly tasks.
• Follow blueprints or work instructions to ensure proper placement and spacing of components.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm tube bundles meet production standards.
• Assist with general assembly of heat exchangers, including installing structural components.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and required PPE usage.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in mechanical or industrial assembly preferred.
• Familiarity with tube lacing or tube bundle assembly is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Fast-paced industrial environment; not climate-controlled.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work overhead or in confined positions.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching required.
• PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed boots, is mandatory.
