Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler for a night shift position with a leading manufacturer in Catoosa, OK. The Assembler will play a crucial role in the final assembly of industrial coolers, ensuring all products are customer-ready and meet quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Perform hand assembly of cooler components
• Use hand and power tools to assemble both individual components and final products
• Study blueprints, work orders, or schematics to carry out assembly tasks
• Test and disassemble assemblies in preparation for shipment
• Operate manlifts and cranes safely
• Complete other duties as assigned or directed by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated and detail oriented
• Comfortable working in tight or enclosed areas and at heights up to 6 feet
• Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Commitment to safety—both personal and team-based
• Ability to maintain a clean and hazard-free work area
• Identify and address defective items appropriately
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs
• Follow all JSA, work instructions, and wear proper PPE
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality final products
