Job Title: Assembler
Pay: $20–$24/hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
Location: Catoosa, OK

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Final Assembler to join our team in Catoosa. This role is critical to the production process, ensuring all cooler assemblies are completed accurately, efficiently, and are customer-ready. The ideal candidate will work well in a team setting and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform hand assembly of cooler components

·         Utilize hand and power tools to assemble both components and final coolers

·         Interpret blueprints, work orders, and schematics to plan and execute tasks

·         Conduct testing and disassembly of units for shipment

·         Operate manlifts and overhead cranes as needed

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment

·         Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor

What We’re Looking For:

·         High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

·         Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting

·         Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand blueprints

·         Self-motivated and detail-oriented

·         Team player with strong communication skills

·         Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights (up to 6 feet)

·         Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

·         Excellent hand-eye coordination

·         Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

·         Familiarity with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE use, and work instructions

·         Pride in delivering quality work and final product
