Pay: $16-20hr.

Job Description:

Join our team as a  Assembler where you'll play a crucial role in assembling aircraft components and subassemblies. Your responsibilities include installing items using sealants, compounds, fasteners, and primers, while utilizing air gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other shop equipment. You'll be tasked with filing, burring, crimping, framing, drilling, reaming, and more. Military or aerospace industry experience with complex metallic or composite assemblies is preferred. Following work instructions meticulously and being accountable for all tasks performed is essential. Effective oral and written communication skills, good eye-hand coordination, and familiarity with basic inspection gauges are required. You'll also need proficiency in using common hand and power tools, understanding, and interpreting simple drawings and sketches, and fitting and assembling detail parts. Identifying and properly installing fasteners and sealants will be part of your duties. Additionally, you'll perform any other incidental duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
