Position Overview

We’re hiring a dependable Air Duct Assistant to support residential and commercial HVAC cleaning services throughout the Tulsa area. The Air Duct Assistant will assist in air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, furnace and AC maintenance, and service inspections in crawl spaces, attics, and customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and HVAC cleaning/maintenance
• Assist with furnace cleaning, AC system cleaning, and general service tasks
• Conduct inspections in crawl spaces and attics
• Travel to customer homes and businesses for scheduled service calls
• Use hand tools and basic power tools safely
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally onsite
• Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety policies
• Lift heavy equipment and materials as needed

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 25+ years old (insurance requirement)
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and solid communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and interact well with customers
• Comfortable lifting heavy objects and working in tight spaces
• Basic experience using power tools
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work a rotating schedule
