Air Duct Assistant

Pay: $18.50/hour DOE
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Shift: Rotating schedule, Monday – Sunday (one or two days off if working weekends)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Air Duct Assistant to support residential and commercial HVAC cleaning and maintenance services. The Air Duct Assistant will perform duct cleaning, dryer vent service, and routine furnace/AC maintenance while providing excellent customer service. As an Air Duct Assistant, you must be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and customer-facing environments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, furnace cleaning, and AC maintenance
• Inspect crawl spaces and attics for proper function and condition
• Travel to customer homes and businesses to perform services
• Use and maintain power tools and cleaning equipment safely
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times

Required Experience & Skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 25+ years of age (insurance requirement)
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability
• Ability to work under pressure and interact with customers professionally
• Must be able to lift heavy weights safely
• Basic knowledge of power tools required
