Job Description:
Main duty will be customer service – greeting applicants & setting applicants up with job applications. Will be answering phone calls on multi-line phone systems, must be able to handle high applicant flow and large call volume. General office duties (filing, scanning, faxing etc.) Data Entry – Must type a minimum of 40 wpm. Must be good with multitasking. Will Process I9, W4, Etc. Background screening, Administer Drug screenings, assist office staff as needed.
Requirements:
Must have great computer skills (Data Entry, Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be able to handle multiple personalities within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
