Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Outdoor 3G Structural Welder to join our team in Oklahoma City. This position requires a highly proficient welder with a strong understanding of complex structural geometries and the ability to execute precise welds on intricate three-dimensional structures in an outdoor environment. The ideal candidate will be confident interpreting detailed blueprints and capable of working both independently and collaboratively to ensure the structural integrity and quality of all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform various welding processes on structural steel and other metals in outdoor conditions

·         Read and interpret complex blueprints and shop drawings

·         Fabricate and assemble structural components involving intricate angles, curves, and multi-planar connections

·         Execute high-quality welds that meet industry and project specifications

·         Operate welding tools and equipment safely and effectively

·         Conduct visual inspections to identify and correct weld defects

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to all company policies and safety protocols

Required Skills:

·         Proven experience in structural welding

·         Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

·         Proficiency in relevant welding processes

·         Solid understanding of welding techniques and structural integrity standards

·         High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

·         Reliable transportation and ability to work in outdoor environments

Education & Certifications:

·         Ability to read and write English

·         Certified Welder
