The Challenge
We are releasing amazing content every week but some of our subscribed users are not watching them
We have a solid library and lots of content, but most of the user drop off without subscribing.
We deliver premium and sensible content which user watches after subscribing, but we are facing issues with renewals.
We are looking for a product marketing managers, who would re-engage our subscribed and
and non-subscribed user, in a meaningful way in and solve some of the similar problems as listed above.
For this role, you need to be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end execution of Engagement, Retention and Renewal campaigns across channels mainly - notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Push notifications, Product Inventory etc

Structure campaigns & build Journeys for different user segments and business offerings, across multiple channels

Track & monitor channel level performance targets of visits, orders, revenue & conversion

Optimize for Life Time Value (LTV) of the user

Optimize marketing automation strategies to drive user conversion & engagement

Work closely with Marketing & Content teams to ensure campaign deployment

Continuously conduct tests across channels for campaigns and journey flows including segmentation, messaging, frequency, send day/time, personalization
Expectations:
-
2-5 year experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role

Prior experience in marketing automation technology (Clever-Tap, Mo-engage) etc.

Hands-on experience in performance marketing would be a big plus

Strong analytical skills and ability to churn insights from data

Self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen

Excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills
-
Ability to lead with context and work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams
