A successful HR will anticipate, identify, attract and hire for all these roles, without hampering the business goals. The Candidate will also ensure a very high engagement and happiness quotient of the existing team.
This position is based out of Noida Location
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build and own people-centric policies that foster a great environment to work and highest productivity.
Communicate the Values and Culture to everyone across the company. Remove all kinds of communication gaps related to company policies.
Anticipate, identify, attract and hire for all open profiles, within a given timeframe.
Maintain a healthy pipeline across all profiles in the company, open or not, to ensure availability of a great pool of candidates as backup as well as for new hires.
Own end-to-end lifecycle of an employee including onboarding, orientation, periodic one-on-one feedback sessions, timely performance reviews, appraisals and smooth exit.
Ensure all HR related compliance including payroll, labour laws, health, safety and all state / center govt policies.
Know the pulse of the organization at all times. Be the people’s person in the company.
Build the employer branding of the company to attract the best talent.

Excellent people skills including conflict resolution, ability to listen, understand and articulate people's problems.
Growth and Ownership mindset
Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data
5+ years of experience in hiring, human resource management or consulting experience with human resource management.
Knowledge of all laws and compliances related to human resources in a company.
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English
Excellent social media skills.
Experience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in established organizations.
Experience in planning and executing end-to-end projects.
Ex-founder is a big plus.
