STAGE OTT platform had acquired 120k+ subscribers in Haryanvi and Rajasthani dialect.
We are planning to venture into Bhojpuri market soon. The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for producing high-quality exclusive & original content for STAGE in Bhojpuri. The candidate must have a proven track record of building blockbuster superhit OTT content IPs that can deliver 2X results SaS. The candidate will be responsible for building a strategic content pipeline in collaboration with all the stakeholders to deliver the visioned output within our budgets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensuring Cohort-based STAGE Originals content pipeline for the Bhojpuri market.
Ability to produce content which results into high user acquisition and retention
Ability to produce content in optimized budget and scale the content production
Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone
Introduce new innovative content formats
Mapping out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with production/post-production and creative teams, sharing key learnings and establishing thought leadership.
Establish best practices in post production, leading training efforts and maintaining documentation both within the team and across agency partnerships.
Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, Dialect launch and content repurposing, including the real time implementation of content strategies.
On-boarding quality creators, production houses, celebrities, influencers in the dialect
Responsible for cost management and invoicing
Ensure Raw Data protection and storage
Protecting all the content rights in favor of STAGE and ensuing all legal documentation
Expectations
Content experience of 5+ years of content creation
Deep research and understanding of the Bhojpuri market
The ability to lead and inspire large teams of creative personnel and content creators to achieve the company's stated goals.
Great presentation and excel skills
Knowledge of creatives, graphics, production and post-production
Proven track record of leading content teams and scaling a business
Budget optimization capabilities

Ability to extract, analyze and communicate data
