We're looking for a Manager of Registrar Operations to help lead this next chapter. This is a rare opportunity to help shape a registrar from day one—with the backing of a strong product foundation and a clear vision for the future.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day registrar operations, including domain lifecycle management, transfers, renewals, WHOIS, DNS services, and compliance.
   

• Serve as the point of contact with ICANN and other registry partners, ensuring ongoing compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
   

• Build and manage internal systems, workflows, and reporting to support a highly efficient and scalable registrar operation.
   

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to improve backend functionality and customer experience.
   

• Work closely with domain investors and internal teams to identify operational pain points and opportunities for automation and innovation.
   

• Stay ahead of policy developments and evolving standards in the domain ecosystem and registrar landscape.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in registrar operations or a related role within the domain industry.
   

• Deep understanding of ICANN policies, domain lifecycle, EPP, DNS, and WHOIS protocols.
   

• Proven ability to manage operational systems and compliance requirements with attention to detail.
   

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to scope and support registrar-related features.
   

• Entrepreneurial mindset—you're excited to build something new and not afraid to get into the details.
   

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
   

Bonus Points

• Experience with launching or scaling a new registrar
   

• Familiarity with AI tools or automation in operational workflows
   

• Previous experience working with domain investors or marketplaces
