Responsibilities:

- Drive the ongoing enhancement of Atom through user-centric product design and development.

- Collaborate with the Head of Growth, Product Design Specialist, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to align product strategies with business goals.

- Develop and implement front-end solutions to improve user experience and engagement.

- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product improvements and new features.

- Analyze product performance metrics and user data to identify areas for optimization.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.

- Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into product development.

- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital product management, with a strong focus on user-centric design and front-end development.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.

- Experience with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform product decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
