Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

What problem will you be solving?
You'll be tasked with the recruitment of the best talent for the company – making sure to match the right mix of people with the right skill sets. It's your job to implement successful recruiting strategies and meet the company's hiring objectives, as well as stay on top of industry trends and changes. You must have exemplary organizational ability and be able to anticipate staffing needs in advance. Leadership and communication skills are also essential for interacting effectively with multiple teams within the company.

 

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals.
- Develop and enhance the recruiting program, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze recruiting trends and metrics in order to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate and guide managers in creating their hiring requests.
- Bi-weekly calibration calls with managers to understand their staffing needs and goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes including selection, onboarding, and training.
- Join all initial interviews conducted by our recruiter and answer applicant questions about the role and the company.
- Manage all recruitment activities, such as job postings, advertising campaigns, and candidate sourcing.
- Manage recruitment administrator tasks.
- Occasional in-person meet up in Manila with the HR Manager.

- LinkedIn Recruiter - no training provided
- OnlineJobs.ph - no training provided
- Airtable - some training provided but ability to self-learn is a must
- ClickUp - some training provided but ability to self-learn is a must

 

Skill set:
- Can craft clear and attractive job ads
- Knows how to boost candidate sourcing
- Can build talent pipelines
- Proven record of improving recruitment efficiency

 

Experience:
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for various roles in different industries
- Exceptional organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous while adhering to deadlines is a must.
- We value individuals who take initiative and are open to learning.

- You cannot work from 5PM to 1AM Manila time.
