We are on the hunt for a sharp and innovative Email Marketing Spacialist to build and optimize email marketing campaigns for two consumer brands. This role reports to the eCommerce Manager and will work side by side with the Marketing and Design teams to implement and schedule campaigns that drive traffic and sales to our eCommerce websites. In this position, you will be overseeing all aspects of e-mail marketing including, but not limited to: 1. Campaign planning & strategy 2. Copywriting for CTAs, subject lines & body text 3. Email design 4. Implementation and scheduling 5. A/B testing 6. Customer segmentation 7. Integrations & technical issues 8. Analysis, Reporting, and KPIs Strong verbal and written English fluency is required. The mail marketing specialist, you will be collaborating with multiple teams and 3rd parties to meet metrics/revenue-driven KPIs. Scenario Questions: 1. Scenario: Cart Abandonment Recovery Imagine a customer adds products to their cart but doesn't complete the purchase. Describe the email sequence you would design to recover these abandoned carts. What elements would you include in these emails, and at what intervals would you send them? Additionally, how would you segment your audience for this campaign? 2. Scenario: Product Recommendations You have a customer who frequently purchases outdoor gear. How would you utilize email marketing to recommend relevant products to this customer? Describe the strategies and data points you would use to curate personalized product recommendations in email campaigns. 3. Scenario: Post-Purchase Engagement After a customer makes a purchase, how would you continue engaging them through email marketing? Outline a post-purchase email series, detailing the objectives of each email and the timing of sending. What metrics would you use to measure the success of these emails?
