Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive brand loyalty and customer retention. 2. Manage and moderate online communities, including social media platforms, forums, and other community platforms. 3. Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service. 4. Identify and engage with brand ambassadors, collaborators, and influencers to expand the reach of our community. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather customer feedback and insights to drive product and service improvements. 6. Plan and execute online events and campaigns to increase community engagement and brand awareness.
