Job Title: Social Media Manager

Hours: 40 hours a week (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Job Summary

Are you a social media enthusiast with a knack for creating engaging content and building online communities? As our Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives. You'll manage multiple social media platforms, create compelling content, and analyse performance metrics to drive results.

Required Skills 

  • Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing social media platforms and developing effective social media strategies.

  • Content Creation: Strong ability to create engaging and shareable content, including text, images, and videos.

  • Analytics: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimise strategies.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with audiences.

  • Project Management: Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills (Desirable but not mandatory):

  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software.

  • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with paid social media advertising.

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing.

Academic Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in social media management, without a formal degree, can be considered, for exceptional candidates.

  • English

  • Arabic

Job Responsibilities

    I.  Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients.

   II.  Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

  III.  Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms.

  IV.  Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.

   V.  Engage with the target audience through comments, messages, and social listening.

  VI.  Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing content.

 VII.  Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.
