Job Brief:

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Hungary. In this role, you will focus on creating a smooth and positive experience for customers by responding to their questions and supporting them through different communication channels.

You will work from Hungary, either in a hybrid setup in Budapest or fully remote within the country. Previous experience is not required, as we provide structured training and ongoing support. This is a stable, long-term opportunity within an international environment where you can grow professionally.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information

  • Document cases and update internal systems

  • Coordinate with internal departments when needed


Skills Required:

  • Basic English skills, minimum B1 level or ability to use translation tools

  • Strong communication skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Must reside in Hungary and have the legal right to work in Hungary
