Job Brief:
We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Hungary. In this role, you will focus on creating a smooth and positive experience for customers by responding to their questions and supporting them through different communication channels.
You will work from Hungary, either in a hybrid setup in Budapest or fully remote within the country. Previous experience is not required, as we provide structured training and ongoing support. Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
Document cases and update internal systems
Coordinate with internal departments when needed
Skills Required:
Basic English skills, minimum B1 level or ability to use translation tools
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must reside in Hungary and have the legal right to work in Hungary
