Job Brief:

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations in the Czech Republic. In this role, you will help ensure that internal processes run smoothly and that teams receive the support they need.

You will work closely with different departments and assist with coordination, documentation, and general administrative tasks. This position is based in the Czech Republic with a hybrid work model. Previous experience is welcome but not required, as we provide training and guidance.


Responsibilities:

  • Support daily administrative and office tasks

  • Prepare and organize documents

  • Coordinate meetings and internal communication

  • Maintain records and update internal systems

  • Assist different departments when needed


Skills Required:

  • Basic English skills (minimum B1 level)

  • Good organizational and communication skills
