Our client is an omnichannel company based in Greece. The company proudly represents the leading global businesses such as Microsoft, Google, Netflix, and the best-known social networks, providing Customer Support, Technical Support, and Content Moderation.

 

The job:

  • Depending on the project, you will be part of a team supporting different companies.
  • You will provide phone, email, and chat support services with an emphasis on troubleshooting, account optimization, upselling and efficient issue resolution to our business clients.

 

As Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Providing optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients;
  • Listening to customers questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions;
  • Troubleshooting and providing information regarding for example orders, deliveries, payments, and returns;
  • Providing information about products;
  • Assisting, by phone or through written support, with any of the customers questions and concerns regarding the service;

 

What do we expect?

  • Fluency in German (C2) and good command of English (B2 Level);
  • No previous experience is needed
