Job Brief:

We are searching for a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and execution in our product design IT company. The CTO will play a crucial role in driving innovation, ensuring technological alignment with business objectives, and spearheading the development of cutting-edge products and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of product design processes, and emerging technologies, and a proven ability to lead technology teams in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions oversee the delivery and development of technology projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • keep track of the customers’ wants and needs to ensure a product’s success in the market and also manage and optimize infrastructure assets to meet the internal financial targets.
  • Using the latest technologies, track product success and monitor product management metrics, and review technological strategies.
  • Conducting technical reviews of products and solutions to evaluate their applicability
  • Lead the development and execution of product design. This includes managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.


Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a track record of driving innovation and delivering successful projects in a product design or IT environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Proven experience in building and managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
