Our Sales staff is the leader in selling post frame custom houses that are of the highest quality and delight our customers.  Essential Functions:

  • Develop and maintain quality customer service through job completion.
  • Manage leads from referrals and networking.
  • Ability to organize job tasks for multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the residential construction communities.
  • Perform all aspects of selling/closing quality building projects profitably.
  • Complete documents on time, such as customer proposals, construction bids, and change orders, etc.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company by displaying knowledge, trust, and reliability to each customer. 

 Qualifications:

  • New Home Construction Sales experience is helpful
  • Construction project management experience is helpful
  • Carpentry, framing, post-frame construction, or equivalent experience is helpful
  • Basic Computer Skills are required
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
