Machine Maintainer

Reporting Structure: Reports to Production Supervisor

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced food production environment? Shanti Foods India is seeking a Machine Maintainer for manufacturer plant  to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing our production machinery to ensure efficiency and quality in our products.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance checks on production machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Calibrate equipment to ensure accurate production
• Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime
• Document maintenance activities and report any issues to seniors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in machine maintenance in a food production setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
