Experience: Minimum 6+ months of Direct Sales Relevant Experience
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for Business Target achievement through assigned Banca partner’s branches.
• Responsible for managing the overall business for assigned area (1-2 branches) which involves business development, sales, relationship management, operational and training support, identifying new business opportunities and meeting overall target assigned on new business.
• Responsible to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of assigned branches of partner’s branches.
• Responsible for all operations, customer servicing and customer retention activities for the assigned branches of partner’s branches.
• Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets along with assigned partner team.
• Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority.
• Responsible for compliant business practices and ensuring that employees of the partner comply with ethical business practices for Insurance sales.
• Responsible to maintain high channel satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
Required Skills.
• Any Graduate with 6+ month in sales
• Age 35 or below.
• More the 6+ month experience in the last company
• Candidate should be from BFSI.- Banking, Finance, Insurance services Will be Prefer.
