Job Brief: We are looking for young, dynamic and self-driven candidates to join our Sales team! As a Sales Associate, the main objective would be generating calls to potential customers and clients in order to help achieve sales targets and bookings. Along with cold-calling, the candidate will also be involved in the overall organizational aspects.

Responsibilities: 
1.    The candidate's main role is calling potential customers in order to convert them to final customers.
2.    The candidate will be working along with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
3.    To be persuasive and be able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirements
4.    The candidate should have adequate knowledge about the product and services offered by Settl. in order to convert potential customers
5.    Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment and help the organization achieve the targets and goals.
6.    Will be given hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reporting 
7.    To be able to self-generate leads and convert them to final customers.
8.    The candidate must be able to maintain and develop customer-relationship to encourage future growth
9.    Should be a good listener as well in order to be able to understand customer needs and requirements
10. Based on situations, the candidate may have to work extra hours
11. Should meet day-to-day targets and objectives with respect to call volume and sales
Skills Required:
·         Any Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Sales.
·         Should have good communication skills and understand the customer requirements
·         Freshers/Experienced candidates required
·         Must be fluent in English and Hindi 
·         Should be able to handle extreme and dynamic situations 
·         Should have a never give up attitude
